What you need to qualify
To be listed on BCVerified, your business must have at least one of the following active registrations:
BC Housing Licensed Residential Builder licence (for general contractors and renovation specialists)
Technical Safety BC permit (for electricians, plumbers, gas fitters, HVAC)
WorkSafeBC active registration (for all trades)
We verify every applicant manually against the relevant BC registry before approving the listing.

City and service area
BC Housing, TSBC, or WorkSafeBC registration number
Phone, email, and website
A short description of your business
We will verify your credentials within 24–48 hours and email you to set up your listing.
